Horizon seems to be slightly leaning.

Lacking a focal point (a bird, boat out there...)

Would suggestion cropping out a portion of the sky to avoid the almost half-and-half slice between sky and foreground sea/seashore.

Agree with Patrick... even so the horizon is leaning just a little bit...
I like it... would be good as a wallpaper.
Like the colors from rocks.
