Nice background and nicely composed. Fairly good exposure of this cattle egret, only the upper part is a little over-exposed. Good work with the exposure bias, but seems like you needed -2/3. White birds are tough nuts exposure-wise.

The head/ eye is not sharp. Either the low speed or the aperture. Seems like the focus is on the back/ wings.

I tend to agree with Eyal. It has a few overexposed areas IMO and its not as sharp as I would like it to be. I liked the composition.
