Well this is my first Digital Art Work. Hope its not too bad. Still I'm workin on new ones.

For a first it's good enough! Digital paintings are quite tough. Now it's just a matter of smoothing certain areas/making others less trembly lookings (for exemple around its mouth).

Yes its very good for a first digital work. You have the shiny look done well. The eye is good too. Would be nice to see some scales or hints of scales, but I appreciate that that would be quite difficult for a first digital piece. Keep it up.

Pros:

The shiny look fo the fish's skin is good. It looks very much like the shimmering on fish skin.
The expression in the 'face' is that of a fish.

Cons:

You forgot to add the fish scales. They are very important if you want to achiev a realistic look of the fish.
Though I know the fish is underwater, the background is too black and boring. You could have added some details like seagrass or sand, or at least more variation in blue colour tones.
The eye's shape is too bumpy. It's supposed to be round with a clean circular shape. All you need to do is spend a little more time when you paint the eye's outer shape. Be exact and patient, and it will pay off.

Overall opinion/feedback:

Add more detail to the skin, and spice up the background a litte, and this will look good.
